Winfield Middle-School Girls: Week of July 13

Maria Simeo and Faith Goin play a modified game of 1 on 1 during beach warm-ups. For this game, the court dimensions were made short and wide, with the end line moved up to 10 feet off the net and the width of the court remaining regulation size. The game teaches footwork to the ball, ball control, reading your opponent across the net and strategy. Video by Jessica Smith
