Strength and Agility Camp
Mon/Wed/Fri:

Enhance agility, quickness, explosiveness and power with our spring break Strength & Agility Camp. Enjoy training in a fun, motivating environment in our 3 day camp March 26-31st. Taught by our strength coach you will learn valuable skills such as jumping explosively, moving quickly, and proper weight lifting technique. All of the training is volleyball specific and translates directly towards athletic movement on the court.

Single 90 minute sessions
Tues/Thurs or Saturday:

In one 90 minute session, test your volleyball specific skills such as vertical jump, broad jump, agility tests and more as well as learn how to lift weights with proper technique including the back squat and deadlift. These lifts directly correlate into volleyball movements.
